TERMS OF SERVICE

P A Y M E N T
To purchase any kind of commission-based artwork from me, you must agree to the following rules:
--- All orders must be paid for up front, in full. I will not work for free, nor will I do half down, half when finished. I will not do a test, either.--- Chargebacks are prohibited. If you attempt one, you will be publicly blacklisted, and a beware warning others about you will be shared to hundreds of servers and sites; I will also contact a lawyer to pursue legal action. Do not attempt a chargeback; refunds are not allowed.--- When you pay me for a commission, you agree automatically to this Terms Of Service (TOS). You are not permitted to go back on this agreement at any point.--- Refunds are not allowed, period. This is because in this economy, I can no longer guarantee I will still have the money at any given point. You will receive your art, but this is just something you will need to be comfortable with. No refunds on payment plans before I begin work on your art, either; if you don't finish paying in full, you will forfeit your money--- I will not begin work until I am paid in full. I don't do work for free, and a lot of people do not finish their payment plans either, so I will not work until payment is complete.--- Payment plans are available for orders over $200. Contact me to work one out.--- All payments must be made with PayPal or Boosty. You don't need an account to pay with PayPal.

P R O C E S S
To purchase any kind of commission-based artwork from me, you must agree to the following rules:
--- The artwork will be completed within six (6) months. I plan to finish it much sooner, but this is to give me a buffer just in case my mental health prevents me from working as well as I want to. Ideally, I’d like to finish your artwork within one (1) month of your order.
--- Rush orders are available. If you want me to prioritize your commission because you need it done by a specific date, I will charge a flat rate fee of $75.
--- I do not provide work-in-progress images (WIPs), except for finished sketches. This is just not comfortable for me during my work process. I may give you one if I feel like it, but it’s not something I want to feel required to do. The only time I will compulsively give you a work-in-progress is at the finished sketch phase so you can approve it.
--- You may ask for five (5) edits max. Any more than this, and it will require a flat rate fee of $12.
--- Any edits that are requested after the finished/approved stage entail an additional payment. This payment will be a flat rate fee of $20.
--- Complexity fees apply. I will charge a flat rate fee of $50 for each character I deem complex. To me, wings count as complex, as do some markings, and certain accessories/props.

R I G H T S
To purchase any kind of commission-based artwork from me, you must agree to the following rules:
--- If you purchase art from me (excluding adoptables), you retain full rights to the artwork. You may use it in any way you please, except in support of the following: Anti-Jesus/Anti-Religion/Anti-Bible, Satan and anything related to him, NSFW/porn/erotica, LGBTQ+ Pride, Wokeness, Pro-Abortion/Feminism, Communism, Illegal Stuff (such as but not limited to pedophilia, zoophilia, etc).
--- I retain full rights to the artwork I make you, and may use it in any way I wish. This includes but is not limited to portfolio purposes, and even commercial purposes (such as but not limited to including it in an art book).

A D O P T A B L E S
To purchase any of my adoptable designs, you must agree to the following rules:
--- Any form of sexual content using the designs you've bought from me is extremely prohibited. This includes, but not limited to Erotic themes / NSFW artworks.
--- You are prohibited from using any of the adopts you've from me for religious beliefs other than Christianity. This is because I cannot in good faith have a hand in the worship of anyone other than Jesus; I would feel partially responsible, and I am not at all comfortable with that.
--- Use of the design for generally recognized woke beliefs (such as but not limited to pro-abortion, sex changes for children, etc) is prohibited. I am also uncomfortable with my designs taking part in anything LGBTQ+ related, so they cannot be homosexual, transgender, etc. The character must either be male or female; genderless is allowed if the character is a spirit or an otherwise unnatural entity in some way. The character must also either be heterosexual/heteroromantic, asexual/aromantic, or polysexual/polyromantic (poly only in the case of feral animal designs, as that is pretty natural for some species).
--- As the artist, I reserve the right to take back a design without warning if any of these terms are broken. I will NOT REFUND in the case of a take-back, so make sure to not break these terms. It is also at my full discretion to determine whether or not the buyer has broken any of the rules. Please understand that I am also very understanding, too, and will be patient with you unless it is glaringly obvious that your breaking of my Terms Of Service was/is on purpose.
--- As the artist, I reserve the right to resell the design upon taking it back. I want each design I create to go to a good home, and given that I do not have to work out of necessity then that is what I shall ensure for them. They are one of the things I find meaningful in life, and if some designs are destined to not have a home elsewhere, then I will keep them myself in the end.
--- Breaking any of these rules upon purchase of any of my adopts will not be tolerated. For the sake of my own comfort, I've made these rules. If you need any clarification of the rules, feel free to approach me so that it can be better understood.
--- Therian characters are allowed! Otherkin is also welcome, and anything adjacent to it.
--- No refunds on adopts. Especially due to the nature of the product.
